ANYTHING THAT THREATENS OUR PERCEPTION ATTACKS WHAT WE HAVE PUT OUR FAITH & TRUST IN. is the card of the day. What threatens our perception threatens our beliefs about how the world is and who we are. When something different emerges than what we believe we are threatened even if it is better. In this way change threatens the ego and its function of keeping the status quo. It is the Holy Spirit’s function of bringing truth. This puts It at odds with the ego and though the ego is always attacking the Holy Spirit never attacks back. Though what threatens our perception and what we have put our faith into can be disturbing, we can ask that truth correct all the mistakes of our mind so we are in alignment with the Holy Spirit’ Mind.
