Your self-value and who you think of yourself determines what you value and the direction you are heading in. We do not think some dark thing that happened was our choice until we see what was hidden in our subconscious. We had a split mind and hid some things like lack of self-value and choices that seemed to go against us. there was no dark experience that we hid from ourselves that wasn’t a form of self=punishment.
