HEALING CONTRACTION is the card of the day. Contraction is where we have shrunk a couple of sizes smaller as the Japanese say. Today is a day for expansiveness as we undo what we mistakenly did before. This will allow us to both give and receive at a whole new level and enjoy life that much more. Go back to the times in your life when yo contacted yourself and make a new decision to open yourself and receive the grace needed to heal the situation for everyone.
