Indulgence is a core personality that forms a vicious circle with sacrifice so that we are never able to receive or get refreshed setting us on the fast track for burnout. We attempt to indulge ourselves for the pain or tiredness inside but it is only momentary relief while the cycle is deepened. If indulgence continues it can turn into an addiction .Indulgence attempts to get or take but it cannot receive. This is an excellent time to let go of indulgence as real enjoyment takes its place .Real enjoyment always has some kind of joining with it .Without indulgence,a personality that prevents receiving like a life-size condom, there is contact and real enjoyment. Receiving,enjoyment and contact is an excellent trade for indulgence.
