HEALING WHERE JUDGMENT BINDS MY EYES AND MAKES ME BLIND is the card of the day. Judgment is an ego defense that is meant to take our guilt and bblame someone else for it. It separates us and puts us above those we judged. It blames others for crimes we thought we committed. To relinquish guilt or judgment is to save ourselves from self punishment at our own hand or someone or something else’s.
