We have come to show them a better way that comes of giving and receiving that dissolves sacrifice with the truth of bonding. As we help our parents give up their sacrifice we free ourselves of untrue loyalties and the superiority and indulgence that always goes with sacrifice, which is actually bad marketing for Heaven. Sacrifice is a psychological trap. In A COURSE IN MIRACLES, Christ reports that His sacrifice was meant to be the last useless sacrifice to end all sacrifice. But somehow the message was lost.
