THE BELIEF IN GUILT MUST LEAD TO THE BELIEF IN HELL ( LIZ CRONKITE) is the card of the day. Guilt is its own vicious circle. With guilt you feel bad, like a failure and you punish yourself and feel bad and punish yourself some more until you are living in a hell of your own making.
