Annual intensive course 2022 with Susanne Ernst
The challenges of our lives have not diminished with the social situation in which we have now found ourselves for almost 2 years. Even if we ourselves are not directly affected by health and economic restrictions, there is a global concern that shakes our everyday lives and disrupts our routines.
We long for our old life, for all the freedoms we now no longer have. Free from restrictions, free from worries, free from fears, free from unpleasant feelings.
If we are honest, even before the pandemic we were not completely free from worries, not free from restrictions. Inner freedom is not something absolute, it is very personal. What is freedom for one person is unsatisfactory for another. There are many ways to experience true freedom. It has to do with our attitude, how much we can accept and love ourselves and others, how well we are connected to our heart and how much peace we let in. This attitude is a choice we make with our alignment and a “yes” for life. Are you saying yes?

Online evenings: 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
