Free your mind, relax your body … create energy flow instead of blockages

Experience healing with the power of spontaneous and regenerative movements.

Susanne is coming back! After the success and at the request of the participants, we are offering another Seitai weekend in Hamburg.

This weekend we will learn to get the body into spontaneous movements with the help of introductory exercises. We essentially activate the body’s self-healing program. The body wants to move to release tension and transform internal blockages. These movement impulses come from the autonomic nervous system:

Katsugenundo = regenerating movements

Old feelings and belief patterns can be released from the body cells and our life energy (Chi or Prana) can flow unhindered again. The Katsugen Undo is therefore a simple way to self-regulation. Without a goal in mind, we give ourselves over to movement and learn to trust and follow our body’s own impulses.

“Health means living life to its fullest” – Haruchika Noguchi founder Seitai

Setai therefore not only sensitizes our body to our life energy, but also makes it possible to pass this energy on to others. Be it as therapy for clients, for our family simply out of the joy of life. In this way, Seitai helps us to have more vitality, creativity, love and joy in life.

Note

This seminar creates a protected space in which profound processes can be carried out and personal topics can be addressed. This process work is supported, among other things, by constellation work according to Chuck Spezzano and techniques by Lency Spezzano and requires active participation from the participants.
