The radical freedom of being

Approach ‘egotode’ through self-extinction – The enlightenment stage

To be able to enjoy the freedom of being it is important to know about existence, to appreciate it and to be able to get in contact with it. The identification with ourselves and all our personalities and all our roles hides this contact and maintains the waking dream from which the Buddha wants us to awaken. The overcoming we have to do takes place within us as self-overcoming. Through this, we can find our way to the next stage of self-awakening, similar to a caterpillar that reaches its next stage not through growth, but through complete re-awakening. This process is a healing and dynamic way of overcoming the world, lock, stock and barrel, in the old version in which we dreamed it, thus helping it to evolve. Without really knowing it, our aspirations for freedom are ultimately based on the longing for liberation from our more or less painful view of things, which generates all experiences of bondage, unhappiness, incapacity and lack.

Your life as a party

Our life is a feast that wants to be celebrated. Even if many things look as if they do not give enough reason for joy, on closer examination it becomes possible to create the conditions for deep satisfaction, under the present circumstances.

Growth cycles – Supporting the process

The development of our life rarely follows the demands of our linear view. Rather, it takes place in cycles that have their own references for thoroughness, learning and progress. Thus, some challenging places, situations and experiences may need to be revisited repeatedly, even when we are already on a successful course. Trustfully persisting, applying our learning to the process and lovingly supporting ourselves are the key.
