In this format, we use the group context to support our self-development process through the emotional transformation method of joining from home. Everything appears in our emotional consciousness that weighs down our heart or lies and weighs on it. The basic quality of experience in our hearts is love. Paying attention to our feelings reveals everything that contradicts this basic quality. Every negative or unpleasant emotion that is felt in the context of such a healing space can be changed – and with it the topic that it brought to light.
