The Know Your Own Mind sessions will help you to:

– gain insights on what is holding you back

– learn how to free yourself and move past your fear

– develop your knowledge of the mind, your patterns and blocks, so that you can reach the tools to help yourself.

Over the ten weeks you will explore the problems and themes that come up in your life, which are often reflected in the group. As you learn about your life patterns and blocks you get to heal what has been holding you back, to apply the insights and experience the change.

With Know Your Own Mind group sessions you can make huge leaps in your life and awareness. The Trainer provides you with a lifeline that makes it easier and gives you the confidence to really go for it.

Complete the programme with increased self-awareness, knowledge of the dynamics of your own mind and having healed past wounds that have been affecting your life so you can feel free to enjoy life with greater ease.
