What you can expect:
- Over 70 rich, inspiring video recordings with Dr Chuck and Lency Spezzano and detailed scripts
- 20 modules of 4 hours each every two weeks via Zoom
- Guided, practical exercises that are directly effective in your everyday life
- Accompaniment by me – I guide you mindfully and clearly through each module and your inner processes, answer your questions, and hold the space for deep healing.

This program is your invitation to break free from old, burdening patterns—from recurring conflicts, inner emptiness, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion.
