What to expect
During our sessions we will draw our energy and attention inward to find the answers we seek, from deep within us. We will learn to realise the most profound truth and knowledge from within ourselves and not from the distractions of the outside world. We will learn to tune in to our inner guiding light, to hear the answers we need to grow in wisdom and confidence.
Course format & price
Once a month on a Wednesday from 9.00am to 10.30 am the group will join together to share and move through the issues.
