Weekly live online meditation
Welcome to these free German language Monday morning sessions in contemplative, inner work and body awareness on Zoom audio (Note: English language morning sessions are weekly on Thursdays).
These meditation events make it possible to easily come into relaxed contact with ourselves and our world, to free ourselves from pressure and dissociation and to ensure a relaxed start or end to the day. These offers for friends of the Schöner-Leben-Institut combine good things from the consciousness techniques of the Alexander Technique, Psychosynthesis, Sumarah, Vipassana and Psychology-Of-Vision. This is inner work that is guided. The meditation usually ends with a final round. Therefore, this offer is an ideal bridge between body awareness work and process work. It offers participants who do not want to do process work the opportunity to delve deeper into their consciousness beyond cellular liveliness and to make deep contact with themselves. In the approach to meditation taught here, the willingness to feel yourself and let go play an important role. It is based less on concentration, visualization or mentality than comparable approaches. In this sense, it offers little distraction from ourselves. Since places are limited, registration is required for all events.
To participate you need:
– a comfortable and warm place with a backrest
– enough pillows or rolls
– stable internet connection
– Zoom app.
Every Monday morning from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., German time.
